RETURN POLICY
Return for Store Credit Only (No EXCHANGE)
All requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial delivery.Once submitted,a prepaid return label will be sent via email.Any returns outside of 7 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the store credit amount.Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval date.Please ensure conditions below are met before returning.36 Wearz doesn’t offer complimentary RMA’s (return labels).Once your return has been received at the warehouse,Store Credit in the form of an eGift card will be issued which can be used immediately on the purchase of your exchange items.Store Credit will be issued in the amount of the subtotal only with the label fee deducted .Returns are processed within 72 business hours of being received.
In addition, we do not accommodate exchange for purchases made as we cannot guarantee the item purchased will be in stock in the size or style desired at the time of processing return. We currently only offer store credit for returns only !
Conditions
Security hang tags must be attached to all returned items.If the security hang tag is not attached, the item will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.Items must be in their original condition.
We do NOT accept items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, stained, washed, or damaged in any way.Please avoid getting makeup, deodorant, tanning cream, any body fluids, and other similar stains on item when trying on.Items received in such condition will be rejected and returned to the customer.Customer will be responsible for the shipping fees to have damage/worn items returned to them.If the customer declined to pay for the shipping charge, the customer will be charged a 50% damage fee which will be deducted from original price of the item and credited for the remaining balance.
Sales and Clearance Items
Items purchased at a discount of 40% off or more of full price are FINAL SALE and can not returned.Promotions such BOGO, $15 sale, $10 sale, $5 sale are considered as final sale and not allowed to be returned.Clearance and /or items marked Final Sale on the product page are not eligible for return.
NOTE: Should you choose to return a Final Sale item, 36 Wearz reserves the right to apply a 50% restocking fee so long as the item is sent back in accordance with our Return Policy and is in a resealable condition.
Damaged or Defective Goods
At 36 Wearz we take pride in our products and undergo several quality checks before being shipped to you.In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective,please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or like item at no additional charge to you.
International Orders
Please note for all international returns all shipping fees, customs and/or duties any other such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
